IWD II EE - install problems

Hoping someone can help me. Can't seem to install this.

So far I have installed IWD II and the update patch so the game shows V2.01 (101615). I've put both the iwd2ee and ee_mod_compatability_patch folders as well as the respective 'Setup-iwd2ee' application files in to the Icewind Dale II folder.

When I try to run the 'setup-IWD2ee' file, i get the following

Problem Unix.Unix_error(20, "mkdir", "iwd2ee/backup/1000") on iwd2ee/backup/1000: util.ml

Will be unable to UNINSTALL later.
ERROR: Sys_error("iwd2ee/backup/1000/ARGS.1000: No such file or directory")
Using Language [English]

Where am I going wrong ?
