game crashing when ı enter specific area in the server.

hello. ı am playing at ravenloft server and while ı hanging out with my friend at sewers under the city my game crashed. and when ı tried to load my character again it crashed again. now ı cant load my character. can someone help me? ı dropped the last crash report file.
