Planar Prison help needed

We have killed the Warden. Haer D'Aelis and Louisa (not Realis oddly enough), greet us but do not follow us. We have the prison key, yet when we talk to them nothing happens. They don't follow us nor does any exit become visible in any of the rooms. What am I missing?

I have scoured every inch of every room. All enemiess are dead, we have the prison key. Haer D'Aelis says nice things about me, but does nothing else. We are stuck here. I can go back to an earlier save before we even went through the portal, but I don't want to have to do this all over again. What the heck?

As far as I remember you should get out of there automatically after Haer and Raelis have a bit of a conversation. Since you didn't mention doing that have you tried talking with specifically Raelis?

If that doesn't work then I guess something bugged out bad but you should probably be able to pull in the correct version of Raelis with a console command.

There is no Raelis, for some rerason. There is some other woman named Lunisia whom I had never heard of before. Nor have I a clue how to use any console.

Did you check all the way to the west of the demon?

I’m baffled at how many glitches you seem to get. What platform do you play on? Some of the gaming platforms seem more problematic. But apart from a couple of buggy timers it’s rare that I see any glitches on any run through.
Maybe a complete re-install? If you’re playing the current 2.6 your saves would work, at least they wouldn’t be any worse and it *might* fix some problems?

All the way west of what demon? The Warden? And how do I check what version I am using? I was initally using a much older version, but I know I upgraded. I just don't recall if it was 2.5 or 2.6. Going to try the mission again in a bit.
