Longer location loading times

Hi,
I have a technical problem.
Playing on one server I noticed everyone is loading the locations faster. So I tested on specific location and my loading time is about 5 seconds (I have high end computer). When my friend tested the same, he got half the time (with low end computer).
I tried his setting.tml, and nothing changed.

What are the other/system/nvidia settings, which could cause this behaviour?
Note: I have the game on same disk, no virtual adapters, no overrides.
