No module file for Infinite Dungeons premium module

Hello!
I purchased the premium module pack, and all of them show up in the NWN Aurora module editor toolset EXCEPT for infinite Dungeons. Infinite Dungeons does not appear to have a .mod file associated with the module.
I am attempting to add modified haks to the module, but it's impossible to do without a .mod file to edit in the toolset.

Any help would be much appreciated, or at least help with understanding why Infinite Dungeons does not have a .mod file.
