Item's icon in equipment is different than the icon in the game

I've created a new axe based on the normal non-magical battle axe in Near Infinity (BGEE). I've changed the icon and ground icon. The new icon appears in the inventory and in the description. However, in game screen I still see the regular battle axe icon in the weapon slot.

How to change the icon displayed in-game (second screen)?

Edit. Ahh, the icon is also referenced in item's abilities

After changing it there, it finally looks as expected.
