Do enemies recover spells when party rests?

I am playing BG2EE SCS. Do enemies (like Liches) recover spells when my party rests?

    You playing modded Bg2 with SCS mod? Then this topic is placed in wrong catalogue.
    In non modded version Liches doesnt recover spells.

    Yes they do recover their spells. I don't remember if they do in the vanilla game, but I'm sure they do too.
