Which mod added a merchant in the Promenade that said " we don't sell baseball bats" before he showed you his mechandise? He stood on the 2nd level, to the left of Ribald's If I remember correctly, he also appeared in the pocket plane (TOB) lower left

    Here should be easy to found. In description of every mod u have where vendor is added(i found 8 on Promenade,but only 3 seems have content in TOB).
    Then u can check .tra files for sentence u mentioned.
