No messenger has ever came after I brought renfeld. I thought he could may be stuck somewhere, given that a lot of time has passed (I did 6 quests and took around 10 hours). Is there a code to make it spawn? What could have gone wrong?

10 hours is not enough.
The timer starts after you have delivered Renfeld's body to Rylock in Athkatla. Two separate one-day timers must then expire while you are in the city before the quest begins.
Here's the fastest way to start the quest:
Deliver Renfeld in the Docks District to Rylock in front of the Harper's building
Rest 24 Hours in Athkatla
move outside
Rest another 24 Hours in Athkatla

No. It's just a timer. You only need to leave the current city district and enter another one after 24 hours have passed. As soon as you enter a city district again, the messenger will appear. You don't have to leave Athkatla itself.
1) where is the mage that supposedly has kidnapped the two boys?
2) Where is the worm ?
1)I guess you mean the merchant who kidnapped the two fairies. He can be found in the eastern part of Waukeen's Promenade.
2)The worm can be found in the damp basement among the pumpkins.

Understood, thanks. When I said 10 hours, I was referring that I took 10 hours of real time to finish the quest but no one appeared. Anyway, the messenger appeared in the end in waukeen's promenade. Thanks for the help.
