Infinity Loader error

Haven't played for a while. Ran my usual infinity Loader shortcut but now getting a message "EEex not active" and when the game runs it seems a lot easier. SCS installed and I was having problems killing Krystin in the Undercellar but now its easy so I assume all the SCS enhancements aren't active.

Is this recoverable, or a reinstall?
