NS2 Premium Adventures and Language Pack problem

I’m having trouble downloading the Premium Adventures and Language Pack on my Nintendo Switch. In the European/Polish eShop, the pack is listed as "not available for purchase." I own the physical version of the game, and it’s a bit of a letdown, as I mainly bought the game because of this DLC that includes my language.
