New NPCs have nothing to say

All of the new NPCs have stopped talking in my game. Rasaad has two conversations before he stopped. Dorn had two before stopping and Neera managed to tell me about her quest before also going silent. I've tried using ctrl+I in clua console to see if they would talk that way but they just stutter.

    Bump. I've started several new games but either all of the NPCS will stop talking or a combination of them. How long should I be waiting between talks? I'm into chapter 3 and Dorn has yet to say a single thing to me :( This seems to occur on the iPad version as well.

    For Neera, you can talk to her in party F1 talk twice right away after she joins you, both are fairly lengthy if you are nice to her, she goes quiet after marking Adoys area on the map. Is this right? After the first conversation when you tell her you would like to hear more sometime, she mentions how she will tell you when she wants to talk to you more, but you have to(?) talk to her a second time right after.

    Ok that makes a bit more sense but Dorn hasn't said anything at all to me. It seems a bit random why they stop talking.

    Additionally I'm playing a female NPC so don't qualify for Neeras romance content. Noninvasive that I seemingly won't get to see Dorn's either!
