My character can not move at all anymore (Doom of Icewind Dale, Dwarven Defender)

Hello,
I'm having yet another gamebreaking bug in another premium module. Not sure if this is at all related to Doom of Icewind Dale or a vanilla game bug (though I've never experienced it before). After the first 2-3 hours of gameplane went fine with no issues, my character (fighter/dwarven defender) suddenly constantly bugs out, being completely unable to move (note that I am not stuck - this is on open field - I can issue move commands, but the character just does nothing, as if I were completely overburdened, which I am not - fighting is still possible).
This first happened after a fight in which I used defensive stance - after cancelling the stance, I could still not move at all, even after waiting for a long time. I reloaded to a quick save before this battle - and suddenly, I couldn't move there either, at all (having not even used defensive stance in this save here). After looking for a long time to find some kind of fix, I was able to use the console to teleport to a bunch of enemies and die, and upon respawning I was able to move again - only to experience the bug again the next time I used and cancelled defensive stance (and once again, reloading did nothing - still no movement). I was able to use the console again to die to another group of foes, and was able to move again. I decided that defensive stance might be causing this (though I found nothing about this online, and it would be pretty strange if an entire premium kit was utterly broken and nobody complained about it), so I played on without using it - but upon the next area transition, the bug occured yet again, with me never even using defensive stance - upon spawning in, I once again could not move at all.
Constantly dying to be able to move again is not viable and not fun (and also not possible on all maps). I am looking for a cause for the bug and a fix to it... This is the second premium module now where I've been effectively locked out of progressing after a few hours of gameplay. It's getting frustrating.
I have also already tried re-installing the game entirely, which sadly did nothing to fix the issue.
Edit: New Detail, in case this might help someone to figure out what's going on here: In the bugged gamestate, my dwarven defender, who has strength 18, dexterity 14 and constution 16, for some reason has str 20, dexterity 3 and con 20. Now, str and con are shown as modified (green text), and the modifications would line up with defensive stance. However, the dexterity of 3 is in white text, as if it were my base dexterity (which it is not). If I activate defensive stance again in this state, str and con get improved even further, an dexterity suddenly jumps back to 14, the actual value it is supposed to be at - but as soon as the stance is cancelled, things to back to 20/3/20.
I can NOT change my dexterity via console commands. The command works for every other stat, but setting dex or adding to dex does nothing.
Now, if I die and respawn, Dexterity goes back to 14, but Str and Con stay at their modified 20 (note that this is all without any gear at all). As soon as I activate and de-activate defensive stance, Dex goes back to 3 again and I cannot move. Not doing that, upon any area transition Dex will also go back to 3 again and I will be unable to move.
Another test result: The console command dm_heal does restore dexterity to 14, but keeps con and str at a modified 20 and it also keeps my ac at 4 points higher than it should be. It is as if I were under the constant effect of defensive stance - and whenever it breaks down, dex suddenly sinks down to 3. Still not really playable - with that command, as I have to use it after every area transition, and while I can set str and con to their correct numbers, I can't do the same with the armor class, plus, I can't really use the core feature of the class, defensive stance, without being forced to use dm_heal directly after it runs out, which also fully heals the character, which is certainly not intended...
