Sometimes the wiki is wrong. The following pages raised a red flag for accuracy for me

Question 1 - Range of Negative Plane Protection spell
This wiki says that the spell has a range of 30’. Everywhere else it says the range is touch. Can someone tell me what’s going on?

Question 2 - How Long Does Protection from Magic Energy Last?
This wiki says 1 turn/level but other sources say 1 round/level. Does anyone know which is correct?
