SCS won't install - help please

Trying to install SCS into BG1 but it fails '"\setup-stratagems.exe\"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Currently have:
  • BG 1 v 2.7.3
  • DLC merger V2.1
  • Rogue Rebalancing v4.92
  • IWDification v11

and was trying to install SCS V35.21

Is it something to do with 2.7 update to BG ?
