Missing sounds with czech language

Hi when i swap the language in setup from ENG to CZE , all NPCs lost their voice sounds.
Especially in cutscenes it looks weird.

    Don't worry, this problem also happens with spanish, french, german.... And beamdong don't say nothing about this!!!
