[BUG]Drizzt's Scimitar "Twinkle" [usability display problem]

My PC it's a Chaotic Neutral, Half-Elven Fighter/Mage and he can't use Twinkle even if there is no limitation in the description that fits his characteristics.
The scimitar can't be used by:
LAWFUL EVIL
NEUTRAL EVIL
CHAOTIC EVIL
NEUTRAL GOOD
CLERIC (in any combination)
MAGE

I have no problem using the other scimitar on the same PC...

    Twinkle is alignment restricted. If I recall correctly, only those of good alignments can use it. And...DLTCEP agrees with me.

    This is the magical scimitar +3 that bears the name Twinkle. It is one of the personal weapons of Drizzt. Due to its magical nature, only those pure of heart can use it.

    It's still a bug 'cause the item description doesn't state that...

    Yeah, I know. And I suspect the developers know, judging by all the description complaints. :P

    This will be fixed or already fixed. There are other usability bug reports for alignment, so i just move this to fixed.
