Cattack's dialog misses voiced lines

Cattack in AR3400 has no voice lines. In the original BG his first spoken line was voice acted. I'm not sure about his other lines, perhaps some of those were too.

Expected behavior: at least one of Cattack's dialog lines should be voice acted.
