Rasaad Hit Points

I don't know if it may be considered a bug, but Rasaad's kit explenation tells that monks use d8 as hit dice. How can it be that my Rasaad (1st level monk, with Constitution 14) has only 7 HP?

    it depends on the degree of difficulty that the HP will roll of the dice or get the maximum value

    Rasaad started his life as a street urchin, i guess he starved a lot. I'm pretty sure he will get normal d8's when you level him up.

    First Hit dice should be always maximized
