Ran fine for me right from the start. I initially had the bug where the game crashed if you right clicked on the map pins, but not recently so I guess they fixed that in the update. I also think the text is too small in some cases, particularly the numbers showing how many items in a stack in inventory.

Acer Aspire 5733Z (Laptop) Intel Pentium 2.13GHz Ram: 4GB OS: Windows 7 Home 64-bit Graphics: Integrated Intel 3400 series chipset I run
I have to enter and leave the game in windowed mode (otherwise I have the white screen issue). I run as administrator, but did not need any compatibility modes. No issues with gameplay, other than that Rasaad looping dialogue bug. Runs smoothly, no lag.
Though I have lots of bugs ingame, I havnt had any startup or lag errors:
I7 980 @ stock speed (3.33 Ghz undervolted to 1.15v) Asus Rampage III Extreme Geil 12 Gb ram @ 1866 Mhz with 7-8-6-20 timings Geforce GTX 670 @ 1250 Mhz gpu / 7500 Mhz ram (this puppy is faster than most GTX 680s) Win 8 64 bit
And also recently my PSU died and I have a new XFX 850w XXX 80 plus silver.
Overclocking my CPU doesnt do anything in 99% of the games I play, so I just overclock the graphics card for games, and only overclock the CPU if running benchmarks.
My PC also used to crash at stable settings pretty often, but that stopped after the PSU died and got replaced lol.
The game works fullscreen or windowed, haven't had a crash or major bug yet. There are plenty of small in-game bugs like GUI issues, lack of tooltips on some things, etc., but nothing game breaking and nothing that has required closing and relaunching the game.
It's worked fine from the start on my Win 7/i5 2500k/8GB/Radeon 6950. Only problems I've had are minor gameplay bugs (characters need to be told twice to do something sometimes, characters vanishing after speaking to you, not being able to recruit Monty/Xzar oddly).
