Multiplayer Crash + Shopping/Speaking Permissions Bug

Game will crash in Multiplayer randomly when other players are in the game with you. I will try and get a screen shot followed by any info.
I started a game and gave my friend permission to trade/shop and speak. Shortly after starting, my friend was complaining about not being able to trade or talk to NPCs. We tried starting a new game to fix it, but the only thing that seemed to fix it was restarting the game client completely. I also had this experience later that night when my other friend hosted and I joined.
One Last thing to talk about. I am not sure if this is working as intended, if so its damn annoying. When someone is trading with an NPC, if another player engages dialogue, it kicks them out of the trade and they have to reengage with the NPC. Its frustrating
