How do you trigger Neera's questline? Is it just waiting for her to talk to you a certain amount of times or is there somewhere you go in the game?

    She eventually pipes up and asks to go to a certain place. I'm not sure if it requires you to be nice to her first, though.

    Okay, thanks @Kithrixx. I had figured out the other two new NPCs. I just wasn't sure how to get hers.
