What is the level cap for BG:EE?

ok so seeing that im going Figher/Cleric @ level 13,
i cant even get the 1,250,000 for level? i can get to a max level 8?

can anyone tell me how to remove this cap?

The Black Pits has a higher level cap, though I'm not sure how high.

I think the Black Pits experience cap is level 10 for each class. Some classes like the warrior get up to around 500,000 experience required to reach it. Different set of rules for multi-class. My cleric/mage hit a level 8 cap on both classes at around 125,000 exp if I remember correctly (cap has since been removed). Don't know what the rules are for dual-classing... 9/10 swashbuckler/mage hooo?!

there isnt a level cap, theres an experience cap. 161,000. Rouge classes can be level 10

Its an xp point cap rather than a level cap, and its the same as in vanilla. 161K XP.

Not sure why people are still having problems. It has been stated several times in this thread alone that the exp cap is 161k xp. There is no level cap. Each class levels with different amounts of experience, so some might end up at a higher level, but they still won't get more than 161k.

Yeah, sure. I just used the search mechanism to find what I was looking for. I searched for Xp Cap Remover and couldn't find anything that I was looking for. So, I'm deeply sorry that I didn't check any single thread of this forum and the modding forum either, from the first page to the last.
