Who's found Rocky and Bullwinkle?

I was exploring one of the new regions and I came across a moose asking a squirrel to watch as he pulls a rabbit out of his hat, the squirrel says not again, and then an ogre appears. Who's found this bit?

    Now that you mention it, that sounds familiar, but I couldn't tell you were in BG2 to save my life...

    It's in Athkala, in the promenade... at the cages outside the circus...there's a moose in one cage, and right across from it, a squirrel in another.
