Front page or title page flashes

After I interrupt the cutscene in the beginning, the title page flashes or stutters.
My Specs are as follows:
Intel i7 2600 3.4 w/ turboboost to 3.8
16 GB of ram
Nvidia GTX 560 2 GB SC
LG Blu-Ray Burner
DVD Burner

Hopefully this can be resolved.

    It's to do with Vertical Sync and Antialiasing as far as I know. If you turn off VSync and AntiAliasing in your graphics card settings, your screen will not flicker.

    Conversely, if you enable BOTH VSync and Anti Aliasing it won't flicker either.

    I'm on an nVidia 660 Ti and this has been the case with me for years and many BG2 playthroughs.
