Game crashes at launch + wrong e-mail address

Hello,
The game crashes at launch with this message:

That said, I tried uninstalling the game, reinstalling it using the Beamdog client, but nothing happened, as in I press play, but nothing happens, not even that popup.
I tried to report the issue and sent the dump0000.dmp file to the e-mail address provided, but then I received an e-mail back stating the following:

Please fix this. If you want the dump0000.dmp (and the few other that were created upon my next tries), you can contact me using the e-mail address of this account. Each of these files is around 2.5MB.
As I did my job by signing-up and reporting here rather than by e-mail as I would have preferred, I will not come back to these forums.
Anyways, thank you a lot for the efforts to help us having a great game updated. I just wish I could play it

What pisses me off the most, is I've already been playing the enhanced edition for weeks. It WAS working, it has now decided to STOP, and I have made no changes to my system. In fact I was playing it just last night without any problems and NOTHING on my system has changed.
