Bug on Forum

This is a bug concerning the forum. I signed up trying to access the support category, am told that I have a permission problem, a window opens saying I need to confirm my email address, I click the link, but do not receive the confirmation e-mail, I have double checked that it is correct.
I am posting here as I cannot access any other part of the forum.
