The file I have opened is default.bif, and I have a few questions regarding editing it.
1) Is there a way to increase the stats limit of 25?
2) When I try to increase the exp cap, I am unable to change it to -1 or any higher than the amount of digits originally there. Is there a way to change it to higher than 999900?

    1) No, hardcoded.
    2) Hm, what file are you trying modify? And why won't -1 work? Still, for an easier time I'd recommend installing the xp cap removal component of the BG2 Tweaks mod, as the cap can indeed go a lot higher than that.

    Ok after a while of searching I was able to use the override folder to remove the exp limit cap.
    Now which program is used to get the list of .2da files?

    You can use DLTCEP to modify XPCAP.2DA then save the table to your override folder. Or you can use Near Infinity to export it and edit it with your favorite text editor.
