FPS to 60, No the Fking .ini file change does not work.

Can someone who got the speed increase to work explain how its done before this garbage goes into the trash can?

Activate cheat codes and use "CTRL + J" to teleport your group instead of walking.

Not the same effect that having 60 fps, but still in improvement if you don't want to lose 2 min to get cross a map.
