Fixed mine

in Windows PC (Archive)
I have windows 7 with Nvidia Geforce Go 7300, on start menu I had few rows of words in unreadable font and the game crashed on the character page (characters names were unreadable as well)

fixed it, right click on desktop, then nvidia control panel, 3D settings, press the program tab (not global) and add the Baldur's.exe file and Turn "Threaded Optimization" OFF
