Are there any intelligence-draining creatures in BG:EE? (spoil me)

I DON'T need to know where or when these creatures are, I only want to know whether it's safe to use intelligence as a total dump stat.

    I cant think of any... just the feeblemind spell, but that isnt permanent. You should be fine with that as a dump stat

    Does feeblemind lower your int to the extent that you die? (like mind flayers do)

    No, you can't die from feeblemind.
