Inventory Item goes missing after Prologue (Spoiler if you have not completed the Prologue)

If I complete the prologue with a full inventory, the upper leftmost item disappears from it's slot after Gorion's death. If I drop one inventory item beforehand and complete the prologue with one slot empty, this does not happen. I would expect my inventory to remain intact no matter it's state of fullness.

    Update, the missing item gets dropped at the site of Gorion's death.

    @Humanoid_Taifun During the cutscene the player gets a MINHP1 item so you can't be killed during the cutscene. It is an amulet. It gets destroyed. If you already have something in the amulet slot then that gets moved to the inventory. There are no amulet its that you can get in the prologue. So @casezulu, you must have imported a character with an amulet? So if your inventory is full, then it will be dropped at the ambush site.
