Balance Request: Make Rasaad's personal item unsellable or reduce vendor value

I hope that it's an oversight that Rasaad's boots can be sold for 12.5K. I think it hurts game balance to have access to this much money at the start of the game with zero effort and zero consequence if the player doesn't intend to take Rasaad along. I'm still early in my BG:EE playthrough so I can't offhand remember what other high level items sell for to make a comparison, but I can't even think of any other item that sells for this much in BG1.

This has been brought up the bug forums. A report has been filed, and something will probably be done once the bigger problems are out of the way.
