Custom Portrait simplification

Current behavior is, when customizing appearance, all images show. As a feature request:
1) Request that only the files that end in M show in the MEDIUM PORTRAIT selection window; we end up needlessly seeing all three L, M, S in that window
2) Request that only the files that end in S show in the SMALL PORTRAIT selection window. In a similar vein, there is no rapid scrolling of the bottom window (in MEDIUM WINDOW, you can drag circle) - this would be nice in both windows, if possible.
