[BUG] Enter Key doesn't work and can't be mapped

Current behaviour
pressing the Enter key on the keyboard has no effect

Expected behaviour
In BG2 you could press either the enter key or return key to continue. Now you have to press the return key.

Comments
Add back in support for the Enter key as it's much closer to the mouse and handy to press. Being able to press the enter key with my thumb to continue the dialog is great instead of having to take your right hand off the mouse completely to reach for the enter key.
