Party Member question.

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
I just started for the first time ever. I was wondering is there a specific script or setting so that follows will follow you without you selecting them? I am finding the formations to be rather useless. I do not mind micro managing during a fight but doing so to just travel around is getting tedious.

    When selecting the party I default to hitting the = button which highlights everyone including all summons and temporary members. There is a formation where they follow in a "Follow the Leader" way. But as far as I know there isn't anything to toggle to make them just follow, but I never played around with scripts.

    Yes, you can set them to the Control script and press the 'S' key while they are selected to toggle Follow mode on. This will only work for NPCs, and they will always follow your character no matter who is in the top slot.
