Bugs I've encountered so far

1. Fighter with 18 constitution started the game with 18hp.
Should be 1d10 +4 constitution bonus = 14hp.
2. Killing watchers have no reputation penalty.
Reputation should drop by 5 after killing watcher.
Example: 'Free' platemail in beginning of game, getting caught stealing in Candlekeep inn upstairs.
3. After casting spell, attack mode changes to melee combat.
Should revert back to attacking ranged, as that was previous mode of attack before casting the spell.
4. Enemies spawned in wilderness are by themselves.
Many times there should be larger pack of enemies.
5. Neera's gem bag has turned in to potion of stone giant strength.
Well obviously should stay as a bag?
6. Issuing commands have no effect, untill given again.
Should work! Or maybe it's my leadership.

#5. Absolutely sure. But now that I did a search again from where I could have gotten such a potion, I think I figured out. Neera must have been active in conversation upon completion of quest. Inventory has probably been full, and reward received gone to inventory slot #1, dropping the gem bag to ground.

Ok I have managed to reproduce very similar event:
the potion case will disappear when there is no room in inventory and you receive certain items: in this case (in this save) 'potion case' is replaced with 'potion of strength', as reward in the temple of Helm
To reproduce you have to load save, go west, to the Brage, take Brage to the temple of Helm and when you get reward, the potion case will disappear
(newest patch, v2011, game started with the first release)
Edit: Actually the most important part, there is no potion case on the floor, also no communicate about 'item dropped'!
