in Troubleshooting
I crashed out of Planescape Torment Enhanced Edition version 3.1.30, shortly after starting a new game, there was a note saying to report Exit Code: 3489660927.

    You could try suggestions from https://support.baldursgate.com/issues/32740, the bug report contains the same exit code and some steps to take to (hopefully) fix the issue.

    l have read the link you gave me, one refers to Intel graphics cards which l do not have, l have a Geforce GTX 7700 & Windows 10 64-bit. The other refers to Open AL which l do have installed and l do not know why l have it, . Do your games require Open AL to run?

    Yes! They do. You can download OpenAl from here.

    Thanks, I have reinstalled Open AL in case it got corrupt. I hope it fixes the crash l had.
