Dorn is bugged at Friendly Arm

I'm having some issues with Dorn staying in my party. Shortly after I recruited Baeloth, Dorn initiated departure dialogue with me, even though I didn't have a full party at the time and my reputation was at a 14. When I returned to the Friendly Arm Inn, he initiated dialogue requesting to join. I let him, lost 2 reputation, and then the process almost immediately repeated!
He initiated departure dialogue (reputation now at 12). Every time I selected the "No, stay" option to end the conversation, he would immediately initiate it again. So I dismissed him after the seventh or so time and he left the inn.
Only to respawn at the inn and immediately initiate the recruitment dialogue once again, only my reputation still hasn't increased from him leaving and I'm now at a 10.
Some help would be appreciated.
