NWN Steam and Android get synchronized?

So If I play at home through Steam and later on at work during my lunch time on my smartphone, will the progress be global for both ports?

I got the NVN:EE Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam. Do I have to buy all deluxe addons again for the Android port?

    Already answered on the streams. You will need to buy it again. They compared it to buying a game for the PS4 and then the XBox. Different code and challenges in bringing it to market. Makes perfect sense to me.

    Yes, PC and mobile versions are different products.
