Weird error starting game

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
on steam I got the game and when I start it it says

infinity engine - enhanced edition\crash\dump2.5.17.0.0009 dmp

any ideas how to fix cause I really don't want to go through all that reline crap...

    Hi!

    I have the same problem using steam. Running this game on Windows 7 it worked fine on Windows 10 but now I got the "white screen of death". I've tried compability modes, disabling stuff, running as an admistrator and installing dx9.0c but nothing works. I followed all steps on your guide reinstalling OpenAl and installing my latest chipset drivers (running this game on a laptop) even downloaded a clua file for the game plz help!!!!

    Love this game!
