Request - Spell Casting and Prestige Classes

So, currently PRCs for arcane casters do not allow those casters to select new spells known on level up nor work for custom PRCs of the sort. I was thinking this would be a good change to add to the game or being able to have the ability to implement this on different persistent worlds would be a good feature to have to match how things work in PnP. However, I only know a little about scripting for NWN and can't say much on HOW this would be implemented. However, despite such it would allow bards and sorcerers who can't learn spells from scrolls to properly make use of several prestige classes that could be available to them.
