Pixels problems

Hello to everyone, I'm playing to Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition Trilogy. When I stared the game saw that I got problems with pixels but I didn't care, but now I would like to fix it. I have the same problems also on an "virgin" installation. Could help me please? Thanks.

Here there is a screenshot.

Maybe it's not very clear but the fire in the middle has very big pixels.
