Quick keys for special abilities?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hi, I want to create hotkeys for some special abilities (in this case Blade's spins) but it seems that option is not readily available in the games keybindings (only option is for "special abilities" which just opens the ability menu). Is it possible to bind these somewhere on my keyboard through a configuration file (or something else) or am I just stuck going through 2 buttonpresses / clicks to access them?

    Bumping this once just in case there's an answer out there for this or at least a confirmation that it's not possible.
