Jumping Map Markers

So I'm suddenly getting this curious effect where my map markers move about twenty or so pixels up the screen when I change their color, and set off about twenty pixels from where I try to place new ones. I thought it was caused by a mod but it's actually doing it on vanilla. It was not doing this a couple days back. Anyone experience this? I can't quite nail down the cause. I'm using the default lua settings.

    Uninstalled everything, reinstalled Steam and BG:EE + SoD and BG2:EE. Same issue. It's minor, it's just curious, since it just started doing this today.
