    @Gusinda Thank you for taking the time to give us so much helpful information and detailed suggestions.

    At this point we are looking at possible hardware upgrades as part of the solution. We've bookmarked this thread for future reference, so that we can make use of the great resources you've included.

    @Shinsei, no problems. I am guessing that it didn't work. If that is the case, then yes, hardware upgrade would be the best way to go.
