New and last run after some months

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hi friends, after hearing about the realize of BG3 I had an irresistible desire of playing the whole saga again one last time on insane difficulty. I will play a LN sorcerer (I never completed game with this class) and I'm going to use a group like this:

Sorcerer
Montaron
Branwen
Kivan
?
?

Since I don’t want to use a standard tank/melee like Kagain/Dorn/Minsc/Ajantis/Khalid the last 2 spots are open to debate.

1st option: Jaheira+Xan
2nd option: Eldoth+Skie (Monty tanking)
3rd option: Imoen (t/m)+Faldorn (Monty tank)

Which one do you think can be more fun and challenging to play on insane?

    Not sure, but if you want to play without tanky characters you could also forbid yourself from using any kind of summon. It's a really enjoyable rule I found and quite challenging.
