Kyrill location -- need exact location

I've spent the last few hours scouring the mountain are ne of the mines, as well as scouring the Internet, to fulfil the next stage of Dorn's quest.
Apart from the usual baddies in this area, there is no Kyrill. I literally have searched in a grid pattern north to south, east to west, and nothing. Circled all of the rock formations. Uncovered the whole map.
Could someone please put me out of my misery and point to a map that shows the exact location? This is no longer fun.
