Problem with sound/Full screnn

Well hi

Got a problem with the game, Three parts actually, if a put the game in full screen the sound have tedency to disapear, if a got the game in not full screen, sometime the sound works, but i can not move the map.
Sorry for my bad English is not a nativ speaker.
