EEKeeper - request for help - EEKeeper no longer opens/launches

thendrichthendrich Member Posts: 5
Hi, all -

I suddenly have been unable to open/launch EE Keeper after successful use for several months.

I haven't had any issues since I got it set up. I did need to run as Administrator to get it to launch, but now it will not launch as a user nor as an Administrator.

So a couple of things have changed the past three days:
  • I ran several Windows 10 updates (Feature update 1909 or 1903 and Cumulative Updates for .NET Framework and Cumulative Update 2020-03).
  • I set up Enhanced Edition Trilogy on this machine on a different drive/different installation directory.

I checked my eekeeper.ini file and didn't see anything, but pasted below.

I looked through Windows 10 native security functionality to see if I need to whitelist the program.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you,

Tom

I'm guessing this is an O/S update problem. I've run malware scans and updated my regeditor. I'm going to roll back the Windows Updates and see if that helps.
